Caroline Kelly, LPCC-S

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Supervisor

I’m committed to bringing play and joy back into homes. I believe in seeking to understand the ‘why’ of a child’s behavior to help them be successful.

I’m passionate about building bridges of communication between children and their grown ups. My work focuses on teaching the adults how to communicate with their kiddos in fun, playful ways while helping children understand and navigate their own big feelings.

Kelly Family Therapy was born out of a desire to help children and families in a sustainable way for my clients and for myself. Having started my career with children, I quickly discovered my love for playfulness in my work. By creating my own practice, I have been able to ensure my days are set up to create space for fun while remaining supportive of those I serve.

When I’m not working, you will find me having fun with my husband, son and dog. Together, we enjoy working out at our local gym, exploring new places, making up songs, camping, biking and being silly in everyday moments. I try to show up for them in the same way I support my clients in doing so for their loved ones.

Becoming a parent has shaped my presence in session and deeply informs my work. It has also helped remind me of the need for balance and space for myself. I find those moments of balance in exercising, reading, crafting, art, and spending time with friends who make me laugh.
